Dietary Aide 
Description:
Performs a variety of assigned duties related to the preparation and service of meals; washing dishes; cleaning work areas and dining areas. Responsible for maintaining high standard of cleanliness.  
Training and Education:
Any combination of acceptable training and experience which provides knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform work cited. 
   
Dietary Utility Worker 
Description:
Performs a variety of assigned duties related to the sanitation of dishes, carts, equipment, etc.; transportation of trays and coffee urns to the patient areas; performs some duties related to the preparation of meals.  
Training and Education:
Any equivalent combination or acceptable training and experience which provides knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform work cited. 
   
Licensed Practical Nurse 
Description:
Licensed practical nurse work performing a variety of nursing and medical support functions; dispenses medications and provides treatments. Has the required knowledge for documentation on a medical record, supervises the work of Nurse Attendant I and Nurse Attendant II. 
Training and Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Some professional nursing experience, in an inpatient facility. Possession of licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. 
   
Nursing Attendant I 
Description:
Performs various resident care activities related to established nursing principles and standards to meet the health, welfare and safety of the residents. 
Training and Education:
Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent combination of training and experience. Successful completion of a 120 hour nurse aide training program, and passing both clinical and written state exams. 
   
Nursing Attendant II 
Description:
Performs various resident care activities related to established nursing principles and standards to meet the health, welfare and safety of the residents. Specifically responsible for lifting and transporting of residents and equipment. 
Training and Education:
Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent combination of training and experience. Successful completion of a 120 hour nurse aide training program, and passing both clinical and written state exams. Must be physically capable of performing required duties. 
   
Special Services Helper  
Description:
Attends to the preparation of residents for their meals; clean-up of meals; and assisting with residents' needs at mealtime. 
Training and Education:
Any equivalent combination or acceptable training and experience which provides knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform work cited. 
   
Supervisory Nurse I 
Description:
Professional nursing work overseeing all resident care activities on a shift of an assigned nursing unit; insures resident care coverage, the provision of ancillary services and the coordination of medical, nursing, social and related services. Includes making and reviewing work assignments for lower level nursing personnel. 
Training and Education:
Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Some professional nursing experience, in an inpatient facility. Or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience which has provided the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform duties. Possession of licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required.
